Training - cornerstone of the future

ICC is committed to offering both standard and tailor-made training to its clients. With major investment in new software taking place all the time it is essential that the user has sufficient knowledge to utilise the software's full potential. This is often not the case and the very benefits to be gained from investing in this new software in the first place are not realised due to lack of training.

ICC can offer its clients training in standard Microsoft products, such as MS Office. Training can also be provided for more complex environments such as Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows 2000 Server, and databases such as Oracle and MS-SQL.

Maximise the benefits of IT

Training in Business Intelligence reporting tools, such as Cognos, can also be provided, and, where required we can also facilitate training of a client's bespoke or 3rd party software.

Training can be provided on a one-to-one basis or in a group, and can be accommodated on the client's own premises or at dedicated training facilities throughout the UK and Europe. Full training documentation is provided and a skills assessment and monitoring service is available.
