We prepare Service Level Agreements that provide a framework to meet requirements and to consolidate improvements as they are identified.

Our project management process is designed to secure the client’s approval of each project phase: all projects start with a thorough review of customer requirements, including timelines, roles and responsibilities and delivery schedules. Seeing it through

After customer acceptance of a project, our role as Project Managers is not over. The final stage of our project management process is that of Customer Support. Once a project is delivered we initiate a continuous support relationship with you, to ensure that the systems delivered function effectively, are easy to use, and add value to your business process.
