ATRAK Billing and Statistics system

The ATRAK® Billing and Statistics system provides a complete billing and statistics solution for Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP's). The system automatically collates base flight data from the relevant Flight Data Processing system, whilst allowing members of the charges office to clear errors, insert or delete flights and supplement the data with additional information, such as operator details, MTOW, distance and location adjustments.

The ATRAK® Billing and Statistics system is fully compliant with the Central Route Charges Office (CRCO) of EuroControl and offers a powerful billing management, billing reporting and statistical analysis solution in one comprehensive package.

The ATRAK® Billing and Statistics system is fully compliant with the Central Route Charges Office (CRCO) of EuroControl, Brussels with flight information sent electronically to CRCO for verification.
On completion of verification the system allows preparation of the relevant invoicing for services such as Approach, Training, etc.

The ATRAK® Billing and Statistics system is fully integrated with the COGNOS® reporting toolset, automatically updating multi-dimensional cubes (Cognos PowerCubes™) during periodic processing, which are served for statistical and analytical purposes.

The system generates a number of reports that can be viewed on screen or printed, such as: -

• Selected Flights Report

This report shows details such as, flight date, departure aerodrome, arrival aerodrome, operator, and flight identification.

• Summary Report

This report shows, number of flights, total number of aircraft, total sum of MTOW (tons), total sum of distances (kms).

• Detailed Flight Report

This report provides more details such as identification code, aircraft type, flight rules, entry points and times, speed and level, as well as details on trajectory and full flight plan.

• Invoicing  

Invoice reports can be interrogated on screen by various selection criteria such as, customer reference number, period, invoice number, type.

Invoices for charges such as approach and training charges can be customised to suit specific requirements with system generated headers, footers and orientation.

Invoices can be directly exported into Microsoft Excel Format files for further manipulation and management reporting.

The ATRAK® Billing and Statistics system generates comprehensive statistics that can be represented in a multidimensional way. The output can be produced in a number of forms, either as a table, chart or both. Formats include Simple Bar, Pie, Clustered Bar, Stacked Bar, Multiline and 3D Bar.

Report can be printed, exported to PDF, XLS or CSV formats, or saved as a URL. This example shows how a multitude of measurements and dimensions can be graphically reported in a clear and informative way.
